Pilates

  • This is a 55-minute group equipment class, which is multi-level in order to accommodate all clients. Each exercise emphasizes breath, core conditioning, and body awareness. This full-body workout will strengthen your deepest abdominal muscles while sculpting your legs, arms, and back. As the class level gets harder, the pace will get faster, and more challenging moves will be introduced. If you are brand new to Pilates, we strongly recommend that you begin your training with a beginner or beg/int reformer class.

  • This 55-minute class involves a series of classical Pilates exercises performed on a mat without equipment. Each exercise emphasizes breath, core conditioning, and body awareness. Instructors will pay special attention to alignment and form. Props – including foam rollers, therabands, weighted balls, the magic circle, and more – may be used to add challenge or assistance throughout the class. Whether you’re a beginner or expert practitioner, this mat workout will strengthen the core, tone the hips and thighs, and flatten the abs. Mat classes are multi-level in order to accommodate all clients.

  • The Tower is an apparatus attached to the Reformer but offers a more stable mat surface from which to work. This energizing class uses a combination of springs and bars to create additional resistance and assistance while executing exercises from the Pilates Cadillac repertoire.

Clients can achieve improved posture and flexibility and leave feeling centered and accomplished in this fantastic workout.

  • A low-impact but intense fusion of Reformer, Mat, & Jumpboard, delivering the ultimate results of integrative fitness. This 55-minute class will engage core muscle movement on the mat combined with exercises performed on the reformer, closing with a sprinkling of the deep burn of the jumpboard in between.  This combo class builds strength and endurance and improves balance, coordination, and flexibility.

  • Pilates Sculpt is a modern twist to a classical workout. A combination of Pilates Mat with the added challenge of the Bala Power Ring, Bangles, and Bars. This class focuses on core strength and muscle balance while working on stretching, toning, and alignment. This full-body, low-impact class is excellent for building strength and gaining muscle definition. Pilates Sculpt is appropriate for all fitness levels.
