2 Weeks of Unlimited Classes + 30-Minute Private
This is a great way to experience our fun studio and expert instruction. It will allow you to get some experience with our equipment, try all the pilates, yoga, and barre classes, and get a feel for the instructors to see if our studio is a good fit for you. The private will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates, allow you to review your health history, and give you a quick tour of the studio. Learning the fundamentals will give you basic concepts of the neutral pelvis, pelvic floor, and the Pilates breath, and how to engage the correct muscles to get the most out of your workout.

Looking to make a deeper commitment to your practice? Our All-Access Memberships give you the ability to power up and become addicted to the studio! Our monthly memberships are designed to fit your schedule and budget. With these programs, you can attend ANY of our Pilates, Yoga or Barre classes with the package of your choice. If you attend more than one particular class, this is where it's at. Gone are the days of multiple packages. These are the answers to all your prayers.
We offer 3 different membership options ranging from $119 to $229 a month, depending on your goals, needs, desires, and commitment. There is no minimum contract; just a 30-day notice is required to cancel.

Unlimited Classes
This is the perfect way to accomplish your fitness goals. We find the sweet spot to see maximum results is 3-4 times a week. With unlimited access, you can attend any of our Pilates, Yoga, and Barre classes as many times a week as you like. Like back-to-back classes? This is your jam.

Private Sessions
Private Sessions are one-on-one with an instructor. These sessions offer the most individual attention to your specific needs. It is recommended that you start with Private Sessions if you are new to Pilates. This will enable you to get comfortable with the equipment and movements.

Duet Sessions
Duet Sessions are two (2) clients with one instructor. You choose your partner and must schedule with the same partner each time. This is a great option for spouses and friends who want to work out together in a semi-private setting.
